Paul brings several decades of experience and a distinguished international reputation for transforming and leading businesses in the IT and Telecommunications sector. Born and raised in Australia, Paul was most recently the Chief Customer Officer of nbn co building their enterprise, business and government segments from near infancy. As well as holding senior roles in Telstra including Group Managing Director of both Telstra Business and Telstra International Paul had a long career with Nokia holding executive roles in various countries across Australia, Europe and Asia, most recently based in Singapore as the President of Nokia in the Asia Pacific region.
An experienced public company director (ASX and NYSE), Paul graduated with an Executive MBA from UCD – National University of Ireland; a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering – University of New South Wales and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Tina Ooi is the General Counsel and Company Secretary for Superloop. Tina is responsible for Company Secretarial, Legal, Risk and Compliance, Safety, and Sustainability at Superloop.
Tina joins Superloop with more than 25 years of experience in senior governance roles in industries including energy and financial services, most recently as General Counsel and Company Secretary of ME Bank, a role she also held at Jemena/Zinfra. Ms Ooi has also held senior legal, company secretarial, and regulatory roles at Equity Trustees Ltd, Alinta Ltd, United Energy Ltd and Freehills.
Luke is a senior finance executive with over 25 years of banking, insurance, accounting, infrastructure, and property industry experience.
He has previously held CFO roles at three listed companies including ASX-listed Genworth Mortgage Insurance Australia Limited, infrastructure business Intoll Group, and the AIM-listed Australian technology company Seeing Machines.
Throughout his career Luke has also held a number of additional senior positions with responsibility for corporate affairs, investor relations, commercial relationship management, and risk management functions at Macquarie Infrastructure Group, Deutsche Bank, National Australia Bank, and insurance and financial services group Promina.
Luke has substantial experience in financial management and planning, strategic planning, business performance, risk management, capital management, and accessing capital raising from both the debt and equity markets. He brings substantial experience in developing and implementing business strategies across organisations and over multiple jurisdictions.
Luke holds a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Monash University, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance (FINSIA) and a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University.
Dean Tognella is the Group Executive for Enterprise, responsible for all Enterprise sales activity at Superloop.
Dean has decades of learnings and experience in complex technology projects and managing evolving networks. With vast experience delivering trusted network services, next generation technologies and best in class customer experiences, his goal is to inform the market to empower connectivity. He has a Bachelor's degree in Business from Swinburne University and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW) in Sydney.
An Internationally experienced executive with 20+ years leading customer units across the digital, technology, telecommunications and energy industries.
Mehul has held key leadership roles at leasing multinationals such as 3 Mobile, Vodafone and more recently EnergyAustralia. Mehul is attracted to challenger organisations in dynamic markets and sectors undergoing rapid transformation where disruptive initiative, agility and a high-performance culture are required to grow and win.
Adrian Luciano is the acting Group Executive for Wholesale & International, responsible for all Wholesale & International sales activity at Superloop.
He has been in the ICT & Telecommunications industry for almost 25 years, working at several tier 1 national and global telecommunications carriers in a variety of sales and leadership roles. He has a broad product knowledge skill base in solution selling of complex multi-service tower outsourcing.
Adrian has demonstrated consistent over achievement of new business and revenue KPIs through his career at organisations such as nbn, Vodafone Global Enterprise, Nextgen Group, Zayo Group (USA), Uecomm, Optus, AAPT, & Connect.com.au.
He has a performance history of winning transformational deals at challenger and emerging organisations. The most recent was at Comms Group setting up the global Vodafone UCaaS partnership.
Prior to joining Superloop he was responsible for the largest fibre end user build agreements done by the nbn in the Banking and retail verticals. Adrian also holds a Bachelor Degree from the University of Sydney.
Nick Pachos is the Chief Commercial Officer at Superloop. He is responsible for driving growth in our product portfolio by leveraging our extensive infrastructure assets across the Consumer, Business and Wholesale market segments.
Nick joins Superloop with more than 20 years in key leadership positions across the telecommunications industry, most recently at TPG Telecom. He has specialised in integrating, growing and optimising businesses created through merger and acquisitions. A deft strategist, Nick shapes new market opportunities and brings with him a demonstrable track record in complex commercial negotiations.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Computing Science) from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Paul leads our operational teams who are responsible for ensuring Superloop has the technology and capacity to execute our strategy and vision. In doing so, Paul leads the networks, fibre operations, fixed wireless, WiFi and support groups.
Paul has more than 20 years experience in operational and technical leadership across many industries including manufacturing, resources, logistics and telecommunications.
Ben Colman in the Chief Marketing Officer for Superloop and responsible for marketing and PR across the company's Consumer, Business and Wholesale segments.
Ben’s marketing experience includes blue-chip consumer companies such as American Express, Colgate Palmolive, Smith's Snackfood (Fritolay) and Reckitt Benckiser. Ben has also led some of Australia’s most creatively awarded and successful advertising agencies, spending many years working with clients such as Optus, Virgin, Coca-Cola, Nestle, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, and HSBC.
Responsible for group strategic and operational human resource management and employment relations, Donna brings a wealth of experience as a HR leader with tertiary qualifications in HR, IR, Management and Wellness. Her career experience has been gained in the private sector across a broad range for industries including energy, education, financial and professional services.
Donna has also had experience running her own business and has served as a member of multiple executive teams and was previously the GM HR for Shell Energy.
Daisey Stampfer is the Group Executive for Strategy and Transformation, responsible for M&A, data and analytics, strategy and transformation.
Daisey has more than 15 years’ experience in technical and non-technical leadership roles in tier 1 organisations such as Bosch, Thales, Telstra and more recently NBN Co where she was the GM of Sales Enablement and Client Services for business service delivery. Daisey’s passion lies in defining an engaging strategy and finding solutions to enable challenger organisations to compete with established leaders in mature markets.
